Enhancing Our Chapter: Important Changes & Opportunities

Greetings Fellow Perioperative Colleagues,

We are excited to share updates as we work to enhance the AORN Columbia River Chapter. In alignment with our commitment to financial sustainability and member engagement, the board has made strategic decisions to improve our chapter and give back to you.

As part of this transition, we will no longer be using the aorncolumbiariver.org website. Instead, AORN has generously sponsored the use of Nursing Network for all chapters, providing it free of charge. This platform offers a more user-friendly experience and allows us to market our chapter and events in new and effective ways. We welcome your feedback on this change, as your input is invaluable in shaping our future direction.

In addition, as we refresh our chapter, we encourage you to consider joining our board or future committees. It’s a wonderful opportunity to network, grow professionally, and contribute to our shared mission. We will be sharing further details as we continue developing our chapter’s vision.
