• 4+ years as a RN with 2+ years in case management

• OR State nursing license

Day-to-Day

A health care facility in the Portland, OR area is looking to hire a RN Case Manager who will be responsible for caring for elderly patients. This nurse will be providing case management as well as working alongside members of the care team (including medical assistants, LVNs, CNAs, etc.) to provide nursing care that promotes optimal health and independence. They will also be performing nursing assessments and using critical thinking skills to ensure the highest level of care for their patients.

Compensation

$90,000 to $120,000 per year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
